Office of Scientific Intelligence

PROLOGUE
Words By Barry Riggins
Based on and Inspired by The Novel Cyborg by Martin Caidin
Which Became The 6 Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman

My name is Oscar Goldman.
Well at least that's what it states on all of my government issued ID, today.
And today I head The Office Of Scientific Intelligence.
More people in America know President Obama's White House direct line number then knows our office exist.
In fact my pay checks say that I actually work in accounting, but then that's as much fiction as what the American people really know about science and tech.
Don't be surprised every major country has an counter part to us.

It is my job to make sure that America despite reality TV, and i phone 6's, and everything else remains at the forefront of science. It is also my job to protect scientific discoveries and in some cases "obtain" discoveries and information that we do not currently have.

I never said my job didn't get dirty and today I start one of the dirtier jobs on my to do list.

I am out here in the Arizona desert.

Rudy Wells:  Hey Oscar. If we are going to do this? This is just as good a place as any.
I have double checked everything at the facility established here.

Oscar: Good. We have not been able to keep up with the mutantagenic accomplishments coming out of Japan. If "Operation Cyborg" fails....well "operation cyborg" can't fail. Do you have the names?

Rudy: Based on the physical and mental profiles of the most accomplished field agents in the FBI, Department of Enhanced Humans, Para Science Intelligence, OSI, the 5 major branches of service and NASA.
I have come up with 3 names of perspective subjects that should be able to handle our first wave of Bio-kenetic-enhancements.

Oscar: I know you don't like what your country is asking you to do Rudy.

Rudy: Save It "Oscar."

Oscar: Fine. Then let's go back to my office...and see who will be the world's first "bionic man."
